What we collect

When you use Rainbow Paw you upload a pet photo and, optionally, a pet name. We store the uploaded photo, the generated preview and the generated video so you can download them; our links to them expire after 7 days and we keep no copies beyond that. We do not require an account.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number. We receive an order ID, the product you bought and your email address for receipts and support.

Processors

Images are processed by fal.ai (AI generation and safety checks) and served by Cloudflare. They process data only to provide the service.

Analytics

We count anonymous events (for example “preview created”) without cookies, IP storage or personal identifiers, to understand which steps work. Rate-limiting and the free-preview count use your IP address for up to 30 days. A functional first-party cookie (fq_id), mirrored in local storage, counts your one free preview for 30 days.

Training and sharing

We never use your photos or videos to train AI models, and never share or sell them. Example videos on this site are made from AI-generated pets.

Your rights

Email hello@rainbowpawvideo.com to delete your data sooner or to ask any question. We reply within 7 days.
