Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-27

The service

Rainbow Paw creates AI-generated tribute images and videos from photos of animals you upload. Results are artistic interpretations, not real recordings.

Your photos

Upload only photos of your own pet or photos you have permission to use. Photos showing people, nudity, violence or illegal content are rejected automatically. You keep all rights to your photos and own the videos you create, for personal and commercial use.

Credits and refunds

Credits are one-time purchases, never expire and are not a subscription. If generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. If a finished video is unsatisfactory, email us within 14 days for a re-make or a refund of that credit. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or safety checks, resell the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
